I haven’t done one of these in a very long time, but I recently stumbled upon this quote that really stuck out to me and my life ride at this moment. It’s from one of my biggest influencers, Phil knight … Continue reading

Not ready to pull out those fall sweaters yet but the weather seems to have turned for the worst?
Well that’s exactly what happened today in Portland, and I felt I wasn’t ready yet to bring out my winter gear. So I found a mild solution!
Still wearing my white converse, I pulled out dark wash jeans, a simple black tank, a light basic scarf and my favorite flannel. An ideal assemble for a gloomy summer day! If it seems the weather clears up a little I can always wrap my flannel around my waist to keep cool but if the weather doesn’t permit that I’m still totally comfortable with wearing my flannel.
I mean, one always has to make the best of a situation they have and a gloomy summer day is mine today!
